The first is the Easter bunny ears made out of marshmallow buried in my signature Swiss meringue buttercream and topped with sprinkles.

The second is a delicious piped ganache topped with mini eggs.

    Marshmallows: Sugar, Corn Syrup, Water, Dextrose , Gelatine, Corn Starch, Food Flavour, Colour (129)

    Min eggs: SUGAR, MILK SOLIDS, COCOA BUTTER, COCOA MASS, VEGETABLE OIL, VEGETABLE FAT, MODIFIED STARCH (1422, 1400), EMULSIFIERS (442, 476), FLAVOURS, MALTODEXTRIN, COLOURS (163, 162, 160a, 160c).

  • Keep in fridge until an hour before serving
